Pension provisions for conference interpreters

AIIC Germany's CPD team is hosting an information session on Zoom on June 12, 2026, focusing on the Swiss pension funds CPIT (Caisse de pensions des interprètes et traducteurs de conférence) and CPIC (Caisse de prévoyance des interprètes de conférence)—founded by conference interpreters for conference interpreters and open to all colleagues, regardless of their professional domicile.

Susan Muttii, Chair of the CPIT Foundation Council and Anne-Marie Arbaji, Vice Chair of the CPIC Foundation Council, will present their respective funds, and there will, of course, be plenty of time for questions. The two speakers will be briefed in advance on pension provision options for freelancers in Germany so that they can tailor their presentations specifically to the situation in Germany.

AIIC Germany member Aude-Valérie Monfort will co-host the event with Anna-Maria Pollmann, representative of the AIIC Germany Training Department, and will also provide a general introduction to the topic.

We look forward to addressing this rather sensitive but nonetheless important topic with all those who are interested.
