Hands-On Note-Taking for Medical Interpreters
A practical, skills-based workshop grounded in Rozan’s Seven Principles — for interpreters ready to build their own note-taking system.
In Hands-On Note-taking for Medical Interpreters, participants will first explore the theoretical framework that underpins interpreter note-taking, based on the principles established by Rozan (1956). This foundation will then be applied through guided, practical exercises designed to help participants develop their own note-taking system.
Throughout the course, participants will build the skills needed to create, refine, and apply their method in both self-study and real interpreting scenarios, including consecutive interpreting in on-site and remote settings.
