ESIN - Spanish for Interpreters

The ESIN program is a Spanish and Hispanic realities immersion course for professional interpreters. Its main goals are:

• Master advanced grammatical aspects in both direct and retour interpreting.
• Improve comprehension of the diverse varieties of Spanish.
• Expand up-to-date vocabulary on current affairs.
• Connect interpreting practice with real-world contexts through conversations and institutional visits.
• Encourage professional exchange among participants.

The course follows a communicative methodology, using interpretation-focused materials to strengthen and expand language skills according to each student’s prior level.

Optionally, participants may attend immersive classes with a cultural and leisure focus.
