The Future-Ready Association: Supporting Translators and Interpreters in a Changing World

The aim is to build stronger, more comprehensive support for both members and non members of AIT, Association of Interpreters and Translators.

This session explores what a truly member-focused, resilient association looks like in the translation and interpreting field. Attendees will begin by examining the types of support today’s translators and interpreters need, professionally and personally. We will consider how effectively the Association of Interpreters and Translators is meeting these needs and identify any existing gaps which can be worked on.
