80 years after the end of the Nuremberg Trials, which marked the birth of our profession, AIIC Italia, with the support of AIIC – The International Association of Conference Interpreters and in partnership with Università degli Studi Internazionali di Roma – UNINT, presents the exhibition and event:

Voices of Justice – The professional and ethical legacy of the Nuremberg interpreters

This is an opportunity to examine the civic value of our profession and the human right to full and effective expression and understanding.

The event has been awarded the Medal of the President of the Republic and is held under the patronage of: European Parliament in Italy, European Commission in Italy, Esperienza Europa David Sassoli, U.S. Embassy to Italy, British Embassy in Italy (UKinItaly), Embassy of the Federal Republic of Germany in Italy, Embassy of Japan in Italy, Hanns-Seidel-Stiftung, Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung, Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung, Institut Français Italia, ITKAM, Conference Interpreting.

The opening conference will be held in hybrid format:
