About the author

Joachim Lépine, M. Ed., C. Tr., is a French-to-English translator with more than 15 years of experience translating for prestigious academic and marketing clients in North American and beyond. He is also the owner of LION Translation Academy, based out of Sherbrooke, Quebec, which offers business, tech and language workshops to help translators thrive in every area of their practice.

For nearly a decade, Joe has also been leading professional development seminars for organisations including ITI, the European Commission, NATO, OTTIAQ, Training for Translators, Magistrad, Proz.com and many others worldwide.
