This course will increase your understanding of aspects of Italy through the study of material from contemporary media, such as newspaper or magazine articles, TV shows, or online content. With a particular emphasis on speaking practice, you will also increase your confidence in using the language.
What will we cover?
Various topical themes of current interest, drawn from newspapers, magazines, TV, cinema, literary texts and personal experiences.
Students should have studied Italian for about at least 6 years or have lived in the country or have an equivalent knowledge of the language.
