Generation Z, generally defined as people born between 1995 and 2010, is increasingly shaping German society and the workplace. Their views on careers, work-life balance, social media, sustainability, and political engagement often differ significantly from those of previous generations.

The German media frequently debates whether Generation Z is bringing positive change to the workplace or whether it has unrealistic expectations of employers. At the same time, this generation is influencing the German language through new forms of communication, English borrowings, and trends originating from social media.

Together, we will discuss which changes are already visible, what stereotypes exist, and how this generation may influence Germany's future.

Hosted by Romana Sustar and Walter Chromik.

Please note that this event will be in German.
