# Skilliga

> A free, volunteer-run directory and calendar of continuing professional development (CPD) for translators and interpreters. Skilliga aggregates courses, webinars and conferences from training providers worldwide into one searchable place. There is no advertising, there are no paid listings, and no listing position can be bought.

Skilliga exists because information about training for language professionals is scattered across provider websites, social media and mailing lists. Listings are curated by volunteers and enriched with structured data (categories, languages, formats, dates, pricing) so they can be compared. Every course links out to the provider running it — Skilliga does not sell or deliver training itself.

Content is aggregated from third parties. Facts such as dates, prices and availability should be confirmed on the provider's own page, which is linked from every listing.
